ORIGIN: Ghana

LATIN NAME: Tectona Grandis

FROM: Forest plantation, trees of 18 years minimum.
The plantation is of best quality.

CUT: Round Logs

DRY: Air or Natural.
The logs will not have deep cracks or holes which will hamper its
cutting, please refer to the photographs. The photographs are of
materials from Ghana which is being exported into India.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Round logs, very little bark (few qty to avoid hits), no holes, no
curves, no defects, only export quality.
We use HOPPUS formula to calculate total cubic meters also referred
to as CBM.

Girth net x Girth net x Length net / 16

DISCOUNTS IN MEASUREMENT:
01. Discount of 3 cm in Girth in case of Round Logs.
02. No Discount in length. Minimum net length after discount to be
2 meters 30 cms to 2 meters 40 cms.

MOISTURE: Few days after sawed, air dry. Teaks logs will be arrive
to our port with less humidity for trip of more than 20 days so the
weight and CBM will be less than loading port in 0.5% to 2% approx.

SIZES: Girth after discount from 67cm and above

STUFFING: - 20ft Dry Containers

SHIPPING LINE: Maersksealand or Safmarine

STUFFING REQUIRED: Maximum cubic meter as per commitment of the
Seller.

DISCHARGE PORT: Nhava Sheva / Kandla / Tuticorin / Chennai / Haldia.

OUR MINIMUM SHIPMENT: 5 x 20ft Containers.

PAYMENTS TERMS: 35 % on packing list & Proforma Invoice.

BALANCE: Against B/L copy.
